Outfit: Stormy & laced up.

Irgendwie geht mir das Wetter momentan so wahnsinnig auf den Geist. Im Gegensatz zum letzten Jahr bin ich nämlich schon total in Weihnachtsstimmung – vor allem seit ich letztes Wochenende mit einer Freundin das volle Programm durchgezogen habe:  Weihnachts-Playlist an, Oma-Schürzen um, Orangen-Tee mit Rum und Kandis in die Hand und Plätzchen-Back-Action los! Das war ein göttlicher Sonntagnachmittag, sage ich euch. Aber noch schöner wäre es ja, wenn draußen nicht milde 11 Grad herrschen würden, sondern so ein bisschen Eis und Schnee rumliegen würde, oder? Der erste Schnee ist ja schon vor ein paar Wochen gefallen und ich hab's einfach total gefeiert, durch den Flockenwirbel zu spazieren und das Knirschen unter Füßen zu spüren. Normalerweise bin ich die letzte, die sich über milde Temperaturen beschwert, aber so kann ja nun wirklich eine Winter-Wonderland-Stimmung aufkommen! 

Ganz passend dazu gehört das heutige Outfit auch nicht zur Kategorie "winterlich" sondern passt eher in den Herbst oder Frühling. Gleich zwei neue Teile sind mit dabei: Der orangefarbene Pullover von ASOS und der Midi-Jeansrock von MANGO. Beide Teile sind momentan ziemlich gehypt und obwohl ich mich gar nicht so sehr an aktuell grassierenden Trends orientiere, konnte ich diesen beiden definitiv nicht widerstehen. Pullover und Kleider mit Schnürung gehen mir nämlich so gar nicht mehr aus dem Kopf, seit ich dieses Outfit bei Alix entdeckt habe. Das Shooting gestaltete sich übrigens ein bisschen kompliziert, da es mega gestürmt hat und sowohl Rock als auch Haare in alle Richtungen geflogen sind, was natürlich zu den blödesten Gesichtsausdrücken und einer Menge Outtakes geführt hat. :) Aber ein paar sind dann doch was geworden – et voilá!

Well, this weather sucks. Like a lot! I'm alreay in a great christmas mood – especially since I went through some serious cookie-baking-action with a friend of mine last weekend, while listening to cheesy christmas songs and drinking lots of orange tea with rum. But this whole christmas-thing isn't the same, when it's totally warm outside and everything looks like autumn. But well, at least I could wear some new-in's on sunday without freezing to death: This denim skirt appears to be one of my new all-time favorites, I guess. While almost everybody got one in the mini-version, I decided to go for another midi-length. And it goes so well with my new orange knit, which I found at ASOS's (and which was set on SALE just three days after I ordered it, damn!). I totally love this trend of laced tops, knits, trousers or whatever. It puts a little hint of sexy to everything, don't you think?

[DE] Ich bin momentan einfach nur geflasht vom überfallartigen Sommereinbruch - und genieße jede Minute, die ich an der frischen Luft verbringen kann! :) Am Sonntag ging's endlich mal nach Blankenese - einer der wenigen Stadtteile Hamburgs, der noch auf meiner "Must-See"-Liste gefehlt hat. Und es war wunderbar! Direkt an der Elbe gelegen, mit fantastischer Architektur, wunderschönen Gärten und dabei reichlich protzig. Ganz zauberhaft zum Tourist spielen und Urlaubsfeeling einfangen - leben wollte ich dort aber nun so gar nicht. (Mal davon abgesehen, dass es meinen Budgetrahmen um ein Vielfaches sprengen würde, bleibe ich doch gerne meinem geliebten Altona mit seinen schrulligen Bewohnern, einer Menge Entspanntheit und Multikulti par excellence treu!) Der Tag wurde also mit viel Sonnenbaden, Schiffe gucken und Eis essen (neue Lieblingssorte: Peachy New York Cheesecake!) verbracht - begleitet von meinem Freund und einem relaxten "Ich werde den ganzen Tag auf den Beinen sein"-Outfit. Die meisten Teile sind aus dem letzten Jahr - neu in meinen Schrank gezogen sind die Sonnenbrille (große Liebe!) und die Schnür-Espadrilles (noch größere Liebe!) - Mission Sommerkleidung war in den letzten Tagen also erfolgreich. Habt eine feine Woche!

[EN] I am currently just flashed by this gorgeous summer-appearance - and I enjoy every minute I'm able to spend outside ! :) On Sunday my boy and I finally went to Blankenese - one of the few parts of Hamburg, which has been missing on my "must-see"-list. And I can tell you,  it was wonderful! Located directly on the Elbe, with fantastic architecture and beautiful gardens. Perfect for playing tourists and capturing a little holiday feeling - although I wouldn't like to live here, 'cause I'm stying true to my beloved Altona with its quirky inhabitants, a lot of relaxation and multicultural background. The day was therefore filled with sunbathing, ship-watching and eating ice cream (my new favorite flavour: Peachy New York Cheesecake ) - accompanied by a relaxed 'I'm going to be on the run all day'-kinda outfit. Most pieces are from last year - new in are the sunglasses (big love!) and the lace-up espadrilles (even greater love! ) - Mission 'summer clothes' was kinda successful and needs to be continued! Have a fantastic week, you all!

[DE] Ein verregnetes und so gar nicht frühlingshaft-hübsches Wochenende neigt sich langsam dem Ende zu und ich fühle mich ja wie eine zickige Meckertante, aber: So geht's ja nun nicht, Frollein Frühling! Erst mit großem Tamtam Einzug halten und uns mit Sonnenschein, Blumenüberdosis und dieser bezaubernden Frühlingsleichtigkeit einlullen und dann wieder abziehen. Und das wohl für die nächsten 2 Wochen (sagt meine Wetter-App, die ich aus lauter Verzweiflung übrigens alle 2 Stunden checke!). Also: Bitte komm auch nach Hamburg zurück, dafür werde ich auch die Bügelwäsche erledigen. Deal?

Und damit hier jetzt niemand denkt, dass ich komplett wahnsinnig geworden bin: Die Bilder sind letztes Wochenende im Park entstanden. :) Ausgeführt wurden meine Frühlingslieblinge aus dem letzten Jahr - ein Outfit mit Fokus auf meiner Lieblingsfarbe Dunkelblau, ergänzt durch ein bißchen Magenta-Nagellack, türkisfarbene Statementkette und meine Wildleder-Wedges von ASOS. Kommt gut in die nächste Woche!

[EN] A rainy and dizzy weekend weekend is slowly coming to an end and I feel like a grumpy old woman, but Meckert Ante , but please! That just can’t be true, Miss spring! You showed up with huge tam-tam and lulled us with sunshine , an overdose of flowers and this enchanting spring ease , and then finally pull back . And actually you are planning to hide for the next 2 weeks (according to my  weather app , which I check every 2 hours in deep desperation). Please come back to Hamburg , and  I promise to do the ironing. deal?

And before anyone thinks, that I’m going completely insane: These sunny pictures were taken in the park last weekend . This outfit consists of some spring-favorites from last year - an outfit with a focus on my favorite color dark blue, supplemented by a little magenta nail polish, turquoise statement necklace and my suede wedges from ASOS. Gets along well into next week !

[DE] Blumenmuster im Frühling - klingt jetzt nicht ganz so weit hergeholt, hm? Ähnlich wie bei sämtlichen Pastellfarben aka candy colors, kehrt auch dieser Trend spätestens ab Februar in die Modewelt zurück - und ich bin begeistert! Dieses Jahr habe ich das Gefühl, dass die Vielfalt der verschiedenen Blumenmuster deutlich größer ist, als die Jahre zuvor. Millefleurs, Fantasyblumen, klassischer Rosendruck, Wildblumen - die Liste lässt sich beliebig erweitern. Und 2014 wird auch wirklich kein Kleidungsstück ausgelassen, vom Pulli und Shirt zum Rock und Kleid, Bikinis, Taschen, Schmuck und vor allem Schuhe erblühen diesen Frühling. Meine Lieblingsstücke habe ich euch hier zusammengestellt - und würde jetzt gerne wissen: Wie findet ihr den Trend? Habt ihr euch schon was irgendetwas Blumiges zugelegt?

[EN] Floral pattern in spring – doesn’t sound that  far-fetched, huh? As with all these lovely pastel-colors aka candy-colors, this trend srops up in fashion world latest in February - and I'm thrilled! I get the feeling, that this year the variety of different floral pattern is significantly larger than the years before. We’re surrounded by Mille Fleurs, fantasy flowers, classic rose prints and wildflowers - the list is huge! And it’s not just the pattern: You can get indeed EVERY piece of cloth and accessory, printed with some floral stuff: sweaters and shirts skirts and dresses, bikinis, handbags, jewelry and especially shoes are sprouting like crazy this spring. I’ve created a collage with my favorite pieces and would love to know: Do you like this trend and did you already shopped some flowery cuties?

[DE] Mit einer Mischung aus Interesse und ein bißchen Argwohn habe ich den letzten Wochen diese "Sporty chic"-Geschichte bei Lookbook, Instagram und auf vielen anderen Blogs verfolgt und (wie das bei mir so oft der Fall ist) wusste erstmal so gar nicht, wie ich das ganze finden soll.  Mein Freund besitzt ein riesiges Arsenal an den verschiedensten Caps (ich unterstelle, dass das sein Äquivalent zu meinem Schuhschrank ist) und ich habe mir in den letzten Jahren immer mal wieder eine ausgeborgt, aber weniger aus modischen Gründen sondern als Lösung für haartechnische Problemsituationen oder, einfach und banal, als Sonnenschutz. Dass das jetzt zu einem Trend wird, konnte ja niemand ahnen, ist aber doch nachvollziehbar - ich für meinen Teil mag ja eine großzügige Portion Lässigkeit und Stilbrüche sind auch eine ganz prächtige Angelegenheit. Und dafür eignen sich Caps doch äußerst gut - ohne viel Aufwand kann man ein ganzes Outfit nochmal um ein paar Grad gedreht werden erhält eine vollkommen andere Note. Was sagt ihr: Caps - yay oder nay?

[EN] The last months I watched this whole "sporty chic"-thing on lookbook and a lot of other blogs with a lot of interest and also some suspicion and didn't know exactly how to estimate this trend. My boyfriend owns an arsenal of caps (I tend to imply that this is his equvialent to my shoe-collection) and during the last years every now and then I borrowed one of them. Well, this had nothing to do with any fashion-aspects but with really-bad-hair days or simply to protect my pale face from the sun. Nobody could have predicted that this cap-thing would turn into such a boom but it's kind of understandable. For my part, I love a large portion of laxness and especially breaches of style - and that's what caps are perfect for. They can make a whole outfit flip one-eighty and give it a totally different note. What do you think: caps - yay or nay?
