Happy new year babes!
DE Ich hoffe ihr seid alle prächtig ins neue Jahr gerutscht und habt ausgiebig gefeiert! Für mich gab's dieses Jahr ein ziemlich ruhiges Reinfeiern daheim - ohne dabei auf spaßige Dinge wie bunte Cocktails verzichten zu müssen, die wurden nämlich in Heimproduktion hergestellt und im Handumdrehen vernichtet. Mein Favorit war ja ganz eindeutig der Kirsch-Daiquiri, eine ganz besonders feine Sache.
Im Moment versuche ich mich auf das neue Jahr einzulassen und die Wohnungssuche in Hamburg voranzutreiben. Und da das aus Freiburg ganz und gar nicht einfach ist, heißt es in den nächsten Tagen wohl "Moin Hamburg!" und wenn's nur für ein paar Tage ist. Stört mich so ganz und gar nicht, denn ich vermisse sie schon, die Perle.
Wie habt ihr das neue Jahr begonnen? Gehört ihr zu den Glücklichen, die noch Urlaub haben oder seid ihr schon wieder im Alltagstrott angekommen?
EN I hope you all had a great New Year's Eve and loads of fun celebrating! This year I had a pretty quiet night, but I didn't have to relinquish colorful cocktails, because we made them on our own and they were fabulous! (My favorite was the cherry-daiquiri, really tasty stuff.
At the moment I try to get myself into 2013 and focus on my apartment-search in Hamburg. And because that seems to not work out well, I gotta travel to Hamburg the next days really spontanous. But that doesn't bother me at all, I already miss this beautiful city a lot.
How did you start into the new year? Are you one of the lucky ones, who still got holidays or are you already facing the daily grind?

Happy New Year! You look lovely, as always. That colour really suits you. The cocktails sound yummy, and now I want one! I am still working my way through the large amounts of mulled wine that we purchased over Christmas. Still, I'm not complaining :)
