Outfit: Oversized sweater and cropped jeans

Der unangefochtene Star dieses Outfits ist für mich das übergroße und absolut bezaubernde Sweatshirt. Wie ihr wisst, finde ich es ganz wunderbar, neue und noch relativ unbekanne Labels zu entdecken, die nicht nur die 08/15-Schiene fahren. Und deswegen möchte ich heute unbedingt das schottische Label TUSK COLLECTION der Designerin Katie MacGregor vorstellen. Ich bin durch Zufall auf sie gestoßen und fand ihre Linie so schön und inspirierend, dass ich sie einfach sofort anschreiben musste. Jetzt bin ich natürlich total glücklich, dass wir direkt beschlossen haben miteinander zu kooperieren. :) 

Katies Kollektion umfasst Sweatshirts, Blusen, Tops und Seidentücher – alles individuell gemalt und handgefertigt. Die Entscheidung, welches ihrer Teile ich euch vorstellen möchte, war SEHR schwer und ich habe tagelang überlegt. Entschieden habe ich mich schlussendlich für das weiße Mermaid-Sweatshirt mit einem wunderschönen Druck in Mint-&Blautönen. Besonders cool finde ich die Reißverschlüsse an den Seiten und den übergroßen Schnitt – irgendwie mal was anderes und aufregenderes als die normalen Sweater. In Kombination mit meiner neuen straight cropped Jeans (ich sagt ja bereits im letzten Post: ohne Jeans verlasse ich aktuell nicht mehr das Haus!) und meinen Lieblings-Heels, die ich letztes Jahr gekauft habe, ging's dieses Wochenende auf Tour. Eins muss ich ja zugeben: So schön hohe Schuhe auch sind, für den Alltag sind sie einfach nichts für mich. #realitycheck Aber ich bin mir sicher, dass sich das Outfit auch gut mit Espadrilles, Sneakern oder Loafer macht. Was sagt ihr zu meinem Look? Wäre das auch was für euch?

For me, the center of this outfit is this oversized and absolutely lovely sweatshirt. As you know, I love to discover new and smaller labels, which are not just another 08/15 kind-of-thing. And that is why I totally need to tell you about the really cool label TUSK COLLECTION by designer Katie MacGregor. I stumbled upon her collection by chance, immediately fell in love with her styles and had to write her a message straight away. Now I am, of course, totally happy that we decided to cooperate with each other. :)

Katie's collection includes sweatshirts, blouses, tops and silk scarves - all individually painted and handmade. The decision, which item I would like to show you here on my blog, was VERY hard but I finally chose the white Mermaid sweatshirt with a beautiful print in mint and blue tones. Especially cool are the lateral zippers and the oversized cut – for me it’s just something different and way more more exciting than the normal sweaters which you can buy everywhere. In combination with my new straight cropped jeans and my favorite heels, which I bought last year, it’s an outfit in which I extended a warm welcome to May yesterday. But one thing I have to admit: As beautiful high heels are, they’re nothing for my everyday life. #realitycheck But I'm sure that this outfit would also perfectly go with espadrilles, sneakers or loafers.
